On a bridge saw the laser is aligned to the cutting edge of the diamond cutting disk and is moved with the bridge. Alternatively a line laser is mounted on the housing of the diamond cutting disk and aligned to the cutting edge of the disk. By this it can follow even in case of inclination of the disk. |

The demand for high-class vanity, kitchen countertops, staircase steps etc. made of marble, granite, tempered glass and special polymer materials is steadily increasing. The manufacturing is done by CNC machining centres on which vacuum cups which fix the material have to be placed very precisely to avoid damage during machining. After projection of the vacuum cup position the contour of the final part is shown to allow exact material placement. The required data for projection can be either readout from the CNC controller or from CAD files (DXF format). |
