Weld Seam Inspection

Using laser triangulation, machine vision lasers precisely inspect weld seams on curved surfaces. This allows seams to be checked for weak points, ensures quality, and increases efficiency in the welding process.

Bin Picking

Triangulation sensors scan the inside of randomly loaded mesh containers before each pick and recalculate the arrangement of the parts inside. This information is passed on to the robot, which can then pick the next part. A laser projector also reliably displays the corresponding pick compartment as well as additional information such as quantity.
