Integration with Circular Saws

With positioning lasers on circular saws, cutting lines are projected with high visibility. This enables precise work, reduces waste, and increases efficiency in woodworking.

Possible Product Areas

Cable Drum

The positioning laser projects precise markings onto cable drums, making drilling and assembly easier. This ensures higher precision and accelerates the manufacturing process.

Possible Product Areas

Wood Panel Cutting

The laser marks precise cutting contours on wooden panels and assists operators during cutting. This makes the work more efficient and minimizes errors in material cutting.

Possible Product Areas

(Mobile) Sawmills

For (mobile) sawmills, positioning lasers offer similar support with the added benefit of flexibility and mobility. They enable precise cuts directly on site, increasing the efficiency of wood processing right at the source — where the timber lies.

Possible Product Areas

Sliding Table Saw

During edging, a line laser simulates the cutting path with a red or green line on the wood, allowing cuts to be made as close as possible to the natural edge. The laser can be mounted either above the machine on the workshop ceiling or directly on the chip guard.

Possible Product Areas

Full-Blade / Edging Saw

Here, line lasers are mounted on linear axes above the machine infeed and coupled with the saw blades. The red or green lines projected onto the board allow the saw blades to be adjusted so that edging and ripping achieve the optimal result.

Possible Product Areas

Wood Frame Construction

Laser projectors such as the ZLP2 project CAD data directly onto the work surface, eliminating the need for manual measuring and marking. Workers position wooden elements according to the projections, enabling faster work and minimizing errors.

Possible Product Areas

Glued Laminated Beams & Frames

The laser projectors display the shape of the future beam, allowing the clamps to be positioned in the glue bed. This makes it possible to precisely determine the amount of lamella material required. For further processing of the finished beam on a CNC system, the projector displays the beam’s contour and aligns it with the beam’s actual position. The new position is then transmitted to the machine control system.

Possible Product Areas

CNC Woodworking Center

To optimally position the CNC vacuum suction cups, the laser projector can display both the outline of the workpiece and the contours of the suction cups. Milling edges of workpieces are projected onto the material whenever this helps to prevent damage to the suction cups by the milling tool, facilitate material positioning, or increase material utilization.

Possible Product Areas

Stair Manufacturing

In staircase construction, the use of laser projectors reduces material costs by minimizing waste. With the provided software, stair treads to be milled can be optimally aligned and displayed on the material according to the grain pattern. This saves working time and increases throughput.

Possible Product Areas

Nail Trusses

The laser projector generates a full-scale laser image from the nail truss design files and projects it onto the work surface. It displays the positions of the press blocks, nail plates, and wooden beams.

Possible Product Areas

RV Construction

Laser projectors and positioning lasers support caravan construction. The precise projection of cutting and assembly lines speeds up production, reduces errors, and ensures consistent quality.
