Key Features & Technical Details at a Glance
The ZLP1 is a compact and cost-effective laser projector designed for industrial applications. It is particularly suited for small working areas and short distances, making it ideal for picking, logistics, and worker guidance tasks. By projecting optical work instructions directly onto the workspace, the ZLP1 supports employees in real time, increasing both efficiency and process reliability. The projector is eye-safe in laser class 2M and can be controlled via the intuitive ZLP-Suite software or integrated into existing applications through an API. Additional software modules allow flexible function extensions, ensuring the ZLP1 can be adapted precisely to individual requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
The ZLP1 is a compact and cost-effective laser projector with an output power of 5 mW. It achieves a projection accuracy of pm3 mm at a working distance of 1 to 3 m. With an aperture angle of 60° times 60°, the projection covers working areas of up to 3 times 3 m. The ZLP1 is eye-safe according to laser class 2M (EN 60825) and meets the IP54 protection class. It is available with either an active or passive cooling system.
The ZLP1 is primarily used for worker guidance, order picking, logistics, as well as in pick-and-place and quality control applications. It guides employees through optical work instructions in the manufacturing process, thereby supporting a process-reliable and reproducible execution of manual work steps.
The ZLP1 can be controlled via the intuitive ZLP-Suite software with a graphical user interface. The integrated API (C++, C#, Python) allows for straightforward integration into existing customer applications. For integration into CAD/CAM environments, the ZLP1 supports the DXF, HPGL, and HPGL 3D file formats.
Thanks to its compact design, the ZLP1 can be easily mounted at workstations and flexibly aligned. It can be attached to aluminum profiles or the ceiling using a rotatable and swiveling ball-head mount. Additionally, the ZLP1 can be expanded with additional components such as foot switches, barcode scanners, or other control elements.
