With its particularly small housing, the ZLP1 is the most compact member of the ZLP family and offers you a cost-effective entry into laser projection. The ZLP1 is the ideal optical positioning system for commissioning, logistics and worker guidance applications. Optimize your production processes by guiding through the manufacturing process with optical work instructions. The ZLP1 is eye-safe (laser class 2M) and optimized for smaller working fields and short working distances. The ZLP1 can be controlled by the intuitive and flexible ZLP-Suite software with graphical user interface. To integrate the laser projector into your system and plant landscape, two efficient and economical options are available: Firstly, the PLC module, which is directly integrated into the software of the ZLP1. ZAT – AUTONOMOUS AND FLEXIBLE
The ZA product range, which has proven itself for many years, will be replaced by the new ZAT battery laser in the near future. The battery-powered ZAT has been successfully used in the Belt Aligner Set for years and is a high-quality alternative to the previous bestseller ZA: the laser is built into a stable metal housing and the power source (AA battery or rechargeable battery) is located directly under the screw cap. A small button at the end of the housing is used for turning the laser on and off. The ZAT is particularly suitable for mobile use in the wood, stone and metal industries. For example, the ZAT can be easily attached to a mitre saw, a rung drilling machine or a tile cutter and can really be used flexibly. The ZAT is available with different optics as line, dot or cross laser. For larger quantities we can also integrate different DOEs (diffractive optics). The laser is ideal for all types of mobile devices and devices that do not allow a fixed power supply of the laser. In addition, the sturdy metal housing makes the ZAT ideal for rough everyday use in the workshop, where it does its job robustly, reliably and precisely.

Proven, powerful laser projector with Z-FIBER source
With the ZLP2, the performance features of the ZLP family have been consistently advanced. For example, the laser projector features an unprecedented beam quality due to the use of fiber-coupled laser sources. With an accuracy of 0.25mm/m working distance, the laser projector is predestined for classic industries such as wood and stone processing as well as for cross-industry applications with composite materials. For larger work areas, we offer a specialized sibling product – the ZLP2-HighPower. This model is perfectly suited for production halls with high ceilings and challenging lighting conditions, such as those found in the manufacture of precast concrete parts and rotor blades for wind turbines. The ZLP2 can be controlled by the intuitive ZLP-Suite software with a graphical user interface. Likewise, the ZLP2 can be embedded into existing customer applications through the integrated application programming interface (API). ZLP-Suite can be customized and extended by additional software modules. Furthermore, the ZLP2 can now be controlled natively via a TCP/IP-capable PLC. [ –> ZLP-Suite ] -

The ZX-laser series offers diverse, application specific customization possibilities. The user can choose from violett to infrared wavelengths depending on the application and material to be inspected. The focusing optics achieves a boresight of less than 0.8 mRad. The industrial-suited design along with stable performance works perfectly as an integrated module in machine vision applications, sensors or processing machines. The laser module contains no driver electronics (ZX10-ND) and is therefore ideally suited for OEM applications. Upon request, licensing and integration of the Z-LASER electronics can be provided (ZX10-LD).

With its boresight error of less than 0.8 mrad, the ZXS laser is one of the most accurate lasers on the market. Its remote electronics make the laser module flexible for mounting. On request, an OEM variant can be offered in which, for example, the electronics can be completely integrated into your own board.

The integrated active cooling system supports an extended lifetime and stable operation. Depending on the application and the material to be tested, the user can choose between IR, red, green, or blue wavelengths. The tool-free, manual focus option allows the user to easily adjust the projection according to the working distance. Its industrial grade laser design, along with consistent performance make this laser perfect for harsh environments. It can be used in complex machine vision setups, in sensors, and can even be integrated into sturdy processing machines such as saws. -
High-power laser with thermal management
The LP-HFD2 is the successor of our proven LP-HFD laser projector. In addition to its new casing, and its IP65 protection class, special emphasis was placed on temperature stability during development. Fiber-coupled lasers with a red and/or green beam source, and an output power of 7 mW are used. If required, stronger laser sources of up to 14 mW can be used. Standard focus optics can be achieved at a distance of 0.5 m to 7 m. With a tele-optic, distances up to 14 m are possible. Cooling options such as air or water cooling are available for use at higher ambient temperatures. Ethernet is the typical data connection mode. In addition, communication via Profinet or a serial connection is possible.

Lasers for the Textile Industry
The laser modules of the ZT series have been developed especially for the textile industry but are often used for leather cutting or similar applications, too. The adjustable intensity means that the lasers can be matched to a wide range of fabric colors. It doesn’t get any brighter!
The ZRG-F positioning laser is the only laser in a Ø40 mm casing that offers a green dot and line projection. The beam focusing option ensures top visibility. The large cooling surface contributes to optimal heat dissipation. The integrated power supply and rugged casing make this positioning aid particularly suitable for use in harsh environments. Now it’s time to rock a’round!
The ZKV uses a rotating mirror to generate perfectly visible red or green circles on a corresponding work surface. The required diameter is set via a wired remote control using a joystick. With e.g. an installation height of 1.000 mm you can project a circle with a diameter from 270 mm to 1.400 mm. The ZKV is mainly used for barrel construction or for producing wooden cable drums. Universal mini laser module with excellent visibility Highlights
The ZD laser module can optionally project a line, point, or cross projection. It is often used as a positioning laser in the wood, stone, textile, tire and metal industries. With a diameter of only Ø11 mm, it can be used universally. The ZD stands out with its excellent visibility even at a low output power.In addition, a supply voltage of 5-24 VDC opens the door to various interesting applications. Output power up to 15 mW in combination with 635 nm red and up to 10 mW with 520 nm green laser diodes.

The laser-based belt drive alignment tool
The Belt Aligner is a tool that has proven its worth a thousand times over for aligning drive wheels. It is based on a battery driven line laser from the ZAT series. It sits compactly and perfectly aligned in a specially designed mounting block. The red laser line runs exactly parallel to the magnetic contact surface. The red ZR positioning laser has a housing diameter of 40 mm. Its integrated heavy duty power supply for 90-265VAC has a high immunity to interference.
