How the Return Process Works

Complete the return form
Use our online form to describe & register your return. You will then receive an RMA number.

Pack the product securely
Please clean & pack the product safely for transport. Attach or include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Send the return to Z‑LASER
Ship the package to the specified address. We will inspect your product and get back to you with the next steps.

Note on Warranty, Repairs, and Returns
Returns…
- …within the warranty period will be processed free of charge in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
- …outside the warranty period will be diagnosed for a fee. You will receive a quotation for any necessary repairs in advance.
Important: Please clean the housing of your device before sending it in. Devices that arrive in a dirty condition will either be cleaned by us at an additional charge or the repair will be declined.
In case of unregistered returns without an RMA number, we reserve the right to return the goods at your expense.
