With a boresight error of less than 0.8 mrad, the ZX laser is one of the most accurate lasers on the market.     ZAT – AUTONOMOUS AND FLEXIBLE

    The ZA product range, which has proven itself for many years, will be replaced by the new ZAT battery laser in the near future. The battery-powered ZAT has been successfully used in the Belt Aligner Set for years and is a high-quality alternative to the previous bestseller ZA: the laser is built into a stable metal housing and the power source (AA battery or rechargeable battery) is located directly under the screw cap. A small button at the end of the housing is used for turning the laser on and off. The ZAT is particularly suitable for mobile use in the wood, stone and metal industries. For example, the ZAT can be easily attached to a mitre saw, a rung drilling machine or a tile cutter and can really be used flexibly. The ZAT is available with different optics as line, dot or cross laser. For larger quantities we can also integrate different DOEs (diffractive optics). The laser is ideal for all types of mobile devices and devices that do not allow a fixed power supply of the laser. In addition, the sturdy metal housing makes the ZAT ideal for rough everyday use in the workshop, where it does its job robustly, reliably and precisely.

    large & precise cross projection

    This robust laser module for positioning tasks can be used in all industries where a highly visible crosshair with thin lines is needed. Main fields of application include:
    • Aligning fabric on spreading tables
    • CNC milling (eg., in the wood industry)
    The laser module contains two laser diodes of up to 20 mW each. This allows a particularly for visible crosshair to be projected. At the same time, the lines are extremely fine. Thus, the laser attains a cross projection of up to 5m x 5m at a distance of 4m. The integrated power supply guarantees high immunity to interference. The ZRX red cross laser projects a red or green cross of up to 5 m x 5 m at a distance of 4 m. This is made possible by two powerful diode lasers in the casing which ensure a high brightness level. The integrated power supply, together with the robust casing allow for easy handling of the positioning aid with high immunity to interference. The cross laser ZRX can be used even in very harsh environments.

    Flexible circle projection

    The circle projection of the ZKV laser facilitates many applications. Traditionally, this type of adjustable projection is used in the barrel and cable drum construction. The fan angle can be adjusted between 15° and 70° via the enclosed joystick and leads to a circle diameter from 135 mm to 5,600 mm (depending on the mounting height; i.e. 270mm to 1,400mm at a fixed working distance of 1m). The eye-safe laser class 2M makes working without safety goggles easy.  The positioning aid projects a red or green circle onto any work surface. The circular laser makes the correct positioning of round objects much easier, and can adjust to templates with different diameters. The positioning laser proves to be the perfect solution for the construction of large cable drums or wooden drum bases. The projected circle clearly indicates the outer contour of the round workpiece, and individual wooden strips can be easily and accurately merged. This saves both material and time.
