    The ZLP2-HighPower laser projector not only impresses with its particularly robust and high-quality workmanship. In addition to optimized software, the inner workings with a more powerful laser source, new mechanics and revised electronics also set new standards. The result: brightness, accuracy and durability of this laser projector will inspire you - not only in difficult lighting conditions or when mounted at great heights. As an innovative tool, the ZLP2-HighPower is convincing in the concrete industry, the aerospace industry, and the production of rotor blades for wind turbines, among others. In all these industries, the laser projector makes daily processes easier, faster, and more precise. Be it because formwork elements and recesses are displayed more accurately or because material and tools can be aligned or positioned more precisely. As a result, productivity increases of up to 30% are possible by using the ZLP2-HighPower. The ZLP2-HighPower can be controlled by the intuitive ZLP-Suite software with graphical user interface.     Proven, powerful laser projector with Z-FIBER source

    With the ZLP2, the performance features of the ZLP family have been consistently advanced. For example, the laser projector features an unprecedented beam quality due to the use of fiber-coupled laser sources. With an accuracy of 0.25mm/m working distance, the laser projector is predestined for classic industries such as wood and stone processing as well as for cross-industry applications with composite materials. For larger work areas, we offer a specialized sibling product – the ZLP2-HighPower. This model is perfectly suited for production halls with high ceilings and challenging lighting conditions, such as those found in the manufacture of precast concrete parts and rotor blades for wind turbines. The ZLP2 can be controlled by the intuitive ZLP-Suite software with a graphical user interface. Likewise, the ZLP2 can be embedded into existing customer applications through the integrated application programming interface (API). ZLP-Suite can be customized and extended by additional software modules. Furthermore, the ZLP2 can now be controlled natively via a TCP/IP-capable PLC. [ –> ZLP-Suite ]

    High-power laser with thermal management

    The LP-HFD2 is the successor of our proven LP-HFD laser projector. In addition to its new casing, and its IP65 protection class, special emphasis was placed on temperature stability during development. Fiber-coupled lasers with a red and/or green beam source,  and an output power of 7 mW are used. If required, stronger laser sources of up to 14 mW can be used. Standard focus optics can be achieved at a distance of 0.5 m to 7 m. With a tele-optic, distances up to 14 m are possible. Cooling options such as air or water cooling are available for use at higher ambient temperatures. Ethernet is the typical data connection mode. In addition, communication via Profinet or a serial connection is possible.

    Now it’s time to rock a’round!

    The ZKV uses a rotating mirror to generate perfectly visible red or green circles on a corresponding work surface. The required diameter is set via a wired remote control using a joystick. With e.g. an installation height of 1.000 mm you can project a circle with a diameter from 270 mm to 1.400 mm. The ZKV is mainly used for barrel construction or for producing wooden cable drums. It does away with the need for templates.

    Positioning laser with asymmetrical line optics for maximum line length

    The red ZR positioning laser has a housing diameter of 40 mm. Its integrated heavy duty power supply for 90-265VAC has a high immunity to interference. This line laser is an entry-level model for use in harsh environments and with the asymmetrical optics a long line with nearly same intensity is projected.

    The world’s unique positioning laser with Peltier cooling

    The ZPT-F with it’s integrated heavy duty power supply is one of our long time and well known laser series. It is the only laser of its kind with a temperature-stabilized laser source. Due to the integrated focusing option the line projection can be adjusted at site for minimum line width and therefore also for best visibility. With its design, it is a high-quality and service-friendly precision device.
