With its particularly small housing, the ZLP1 is the most compact member of the ZLP family and offers you a cost-effective entry into laser projection. The ZLP1 is the ideal optical positioning system for commissioning, logistics and worker guidance applications. Optimize your production processes by guiding through the manufacturing process with optical work instructions. The ZLP1 is eye-safe (laser class 2M) and optimized for smaller working fields and short working distances. The ZLP1 can be controlled by the intuitive and flexible ZLP-Suite software with graphical user interface. To integrate the laser projector into your system and plant landscape, two efficient and economical options are available: Firstly, the PLC module, which is directly integrated into the software of the ZLP1. Proven, powerful laser projector with Z-FIBER source
With the ZLP2, the performance features of the ZLP family have been consistently advanced. For example, the laser projector features an unprecedented beam quality due to the use of fiber-coupled laser sources. With an accuracy of 0.25mm/m working distance, the laser projector is predestined for classic industries such as wood and stone processing as well as for cross-industry applications with composite materials. For larger work areas, we offer a specialized sibling product – the ZLP2-HighPower. This model is perfectly suited for production halls with high ceilings and challenging lighting conditions, such as those found in the manufacture of precast concrete parts and rotor blades for wind turbines. The ZLP2 can be controlled by the intuitive ZLP-Suite software with a graphical user interface. Likewise, the ZLP2 can be embedded into existing customer applications through the integrated application programming interface (API). The laser-based belt drive alignment tool
The Belt Aligner is a tool that has proven its worth a thousand times over for aligning drive wheels. It is based on a battery driven line laser from the ZAT series. It sits compactly and perfectly aligned in a specially designed mounting block. The red laser line runs exactly parallel to the magnetic contact surface.
